Build a compact stereo amplifier or mono subwoofer project with the ZK-2001 power amplifier board. Based on the TPA3221 chip, it supports stereo BTL and mono PBTL configurations with selectable gain.
Specifications
- Model: ZK-2001.
- Amplifier chip: TPA3221.
- Operating supply: DC 10–30V; supplier-recommended supply DC 24–30V, 10A or higher.
- Stereo BTL speaker compatibility: 3–8Ω, 20–100W.
- Mono PBTL speaker compatibility: 2–8Ω, 50–200W.
- Selectable gain: 28dB or 38dB.
- Cooling: multi-fin heat sink.
- Listed protection: input undervoltage, overheating, overcurrent, short circuit and reverse polarity.
Supplier-listed maximum output
- Stereo BTL: 70W per channel at 24V, 4Ω; 100W per channel at 30V, 4Ω.
- Mono PBTL at 30V: 200W at 2Ω, 150W at 3Ω or 110W at 4Ω.
Actual output depends on power supply capacity, speaker impedance, cooling and audio input. These figures are supplier-listed maxima, not guaranteed continuous output ratings.
Installation requirements
Use DC power only within the stated operating range; never connect AC power. Disconnect the power before changing the operating mode. Follow the model-specific manufacturer wiring instructions for BTL or PBTL configuration, and do not join outputs except as explicitly directed by those instructions. This listing is for an amplifier board, not a complete subwoofer speaker or enclosed amplifier. Confirm included accessories with the supplier, as the imported package wording is unclear.
